How long will it take to receive my order? We know you are excited to get your Nuvie products!

Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare your order.

Shipping Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days for US customers.

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships so you can follow its journey.

How can I track my order? It’s easy! Once your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order status directly on our website by clicking "Track Your Order" in the footer menu.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. If you are located elsewhere, please reach out to our support team to see if we can arrange a special delivery for you.

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-Day "No Questions Asked" Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your experience—for any reason—simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will process a full refund for you immediately. We want you to love your experience, not just like it!

How long does it take to see the refund in my bank account? Once we process your refund, it typically takes 5–10 business days for your bank to reflect the funds in your account, depending on their processing times.

 

Subscription Management

How do I cancel or pause my subscription? You are always in control. You can cancel, skip, or pause your subscription at any time with zero hassle.

Option 1: Log in to your account and click "Manage Subscriptions."

Option 2 : Simply email us at support@getnuvie.com or call +1 (307) 202-9988, and we will cancel it for you immediately.

Will I be charged if I cancel? No. If you cancel before your next renewal date, you will not be charged again. We believe you should stay because you want to, not because it's hard to leave.

Are Nuvie products suitable for sensitive skin? Yes! We formulate our products with gentle, high-quality ingredients designed to be effective yet safe for all skin types. However, if you have specific skin concerns, we always recommend doing a patch test first.
